Clinical Supervision

Are you a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist looking for CBT supervision?

About me.
I have extensive clinical experience working as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in the NHS (IAPT) and the private sector. I use an evidence-based approach, primarily CBT based, augmented with ACT and CFT where clinically appropriate. My core clinical qualifications are Diploma in Occupational Therapy, and MSc in Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapies. I have also completed a clinical supervision course.
In addition to my clinical skills and experience, I have held several leadership positions including Hospital Director and Operational Lead for a large IAPT service. I have been in private practice now for 5 years. This experience is underpinned by formal training in leadership, management, and business skills. I have a NVQ 4 in management and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA).

 What do I offer:
I can provide clinical supervision at a frequency that meets your needs, face to face in Warrington Cheshire or remote via video.

"Tracey has been amazing to have as a supervisor. She is approachable, helpful and has a nice sense of humour which is important considering the seriousness of our roles. I have always found her easy to talk to and never worried about judgement about any cases I have brought to supervision. Her advice is straightforward and useful, makes you think outside the box. All in all, super supervisor! "

Alison...
“Tracey has been my clinical supervisor for over a year now. Tracey is a compassionate, warm and very knowledgeable CBT supervisor. I enjoy our supervision sessions as I know I will always leave each session with guidance and learning on how I can improve my clinical work with clients. Tracey always has the client’s welfare at the forefront of our work together and will take time to really understand the issue to be addressed/discussed in supervision. Tracey is also always ready to share some great reading recommendations to further knowledge in between sessions!”

“I’ve been lucky enough to have Tracey as my supervisor for just over a year now. Tracey is an excellent supervisor and is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in CBT approaches and protocols. Tracey provides a safe and supportive space for learning and reflection, with just the right amount of challenge. The structure and style of supervision sessions has also been in keeping with the CBT approach, helping me to develop skills which I have been able to transfer to my client work, allowing me to further develop as a therapist.”
